Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
Competition opens: Thursday 18th June 2026 | Competition closes: Sunday 19th July 2026, midnight BST | Draw date: Monday 20th July 2026
1. The Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw ("the Competition") is Titan Spirits Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland (Company No. SC672775), registered address 11 Jamaica Street, Greenock, Scotland, PA15 1XX ("Titan Spirits", "we", "us", "our").
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date of entry.
Employees of Titan Spirits Ltd, their immediate family members, agents, and any other persons professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
Titan Spirits reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria.
3. The Prize
One (1) prize of a bottle of Titan Spiced Rum (70cl, 40% ABV) signed by Lewis Capaldi will be awarded to the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Titan Spirits reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the stated prize becomes unavailable.
The bottle contains alcohol. The prize will only be awarded to a person who is aged 18 or over and who provides satisfactory proof of age on request. Titan Spirits accepts no liability for alcohol-related harm.
4. How to Enter
There are three ways to enter the Competition: Purchase a Sunday For Sammy Limited Edition bottle via www.titanspiritsltd.com during the Competition period. Each such purchase entitles the purchaser to two (2) entries into the draw.
Purchase a Titan Spiced Rum or Titan Orange Rum via www.titanspiritsltd.com during the Competition period. Each such purchase entitles the purchaser to one (1) entry into the draw.
Free postal entry: To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, date of birth, email address, and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and post it to: Competition Entry, Titan Spirits Ltd, 11 Jamaica Street, Greenock, Scotland, PA15 1XX.
Each postal entry receives one (1) entry into the draw.
Postal entries must be received by Titan Spirits no later than midnight BST on Sunday 20th July 2025. Titan Spirits accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Entries submitted by any other means, or entries that are incomplete, illegible, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
There is no limit on the number of qualifying purchases an individual may make. Each qualifying purchase generates the number of entries specified in clause 4.1 above.
However, no individual may submit more than one free postal entry.
Entries are not transferable.
5. Competition Period
The Competition opens on Wednesday 18th June 2025 and closes at midnight BST on Sunday 20th July 2025 ("the Closing Date"). Postal entries must be received by midnight BST on the Closing Date.
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be included in the draw.
6. The Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
The draw will take place on Monday 21st July 2025.
The draw will be conducted by or on behalf of Titan Spirits Ltd and the outcome is final.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details provided at the time of entry, within 5 working days of the draw date.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification being attempted, Titan Spirits reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
Titan Spirits may publish the first name and county of residence of the winner on its website and social media channels. Entrants consent to this by participating in the Competition. Full contact details will not be published.
8. Collection and Delivery of the Prize
Details of prize delivery or collection will be confirmed with the winner following notification. Titan Spirits will arrange reasonable delivery of the prize to a UK mainland address at no cost to the winner.
The prize will only be released to a person who can confirm they are aged 18 or over. Titan Spirits reserves the right to require proof of age and identity before releasing the prize.
9. Data Protection
Personal data submitted as part of a Competition entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and, where applicable, delivering the prize.
Titan Spirits will process entrants' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.titanspiritsltd.com, and applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Competition or deliver the prize.
Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Titan Spirits at hello@titanspiritsltd.com.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Titan Spirits' liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to clause 10.1, Titan Spirits accepts no responsibility for:
technical failures, including failures related to internet connectivity, website availability, or any other aspect of online purchasing that may prevent or delay entry;
any loss, damage, or injury suffered by an entrant or winner in connection with this Competition, except where caused by Titan Spirits' own negligence;
any loss arising from reliance on any information published in connection with this Competition that contains a typographical or other error.
Titan Spirits reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Competition at any time if circumstances arise that make it necessary to do so, including circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11. Alcohol
This Competition involves a prize that is an alcoholic product. It is intended only for persons aged 18 or over. By entering the Competition, all entrants confirm that they are aged 18 or over.

12. General
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
By entering the Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Titan Spirits' decision in relation to all aspects of the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
